turned fast and motor died

howdy again, last night i went crusin and was fallowin a riced up honda when he went around a corner and i had to fallow him,i had plenty of room to stop, but i had around 20psi of boost and let off and went around the turn and the motor died.this is the first time for that(it did it one other time but i know why,a large deep water puddle at the highway exit flooded out the air filter and got a lot of water in the turbo, but i did see really cool egtsthen after sittin for a little it fired right back up,so with that i figured alot of water goin threw the turbo isnt good)!i pulled over and a friend had spot lights on his new cummins and craked 2 injecter lines and pushed the lift pump button to see if i had fuel and i did, then took off the air filter tube to look at the compresser wheel and it look fine still, then tried startin it again and it fired up and missed a bit then rebleed those same 2 lines and it smoothed out.what did i do?it has me and a few friends and my dad confused!thanks for any ideas

I got it! you may have been low on fuel and you came around the corner and the fuel slushed to one side of the tank ,and the pickup line didnt pickup enough fuel and it ran the Injection pump dry momentarily and put air in the lines. But when you stopped it slushed back and thats why it started right up after the bleed the lines. Were you low on fuel?

Weak lift pump or a leak in the supply lines.

Lightly pressurize the fuel tank (air hose and a shop rag in the fill hole) and look for drips from all connections.

Also look at the fuel heater gasket.
