Turbocharger on First gen question

I have a 91 w250 and i have a fuel pin 3200 spring straight pipe stacks and plan on POD injectors as well as a cold air intake. I have a brand new turbo from a mack semi engine, the 350hp one. I was wondering if this turbo would be too big for my truck i dont mind a little lag but i wanna know if anyone has done this and if it will work. Im not woried about making it bolt up just if my truck will spool it. Thanks so much for the help.

Ya im not worried about the flange i can make it work but the specs are similar to an s300 and i it a borg warner so it may be close to that i measured the compressor wheel to about 2.5" and the exhaust side is about 3.25-3.5" i know these measurements are not precise but any idea would help ill try to find better specs.

I'm pretty sure you won't be able to spool it. Any turbo i've seen on a semi usually has a huge exhaust housing on it.

i agree the exaughst housing is more than likly huge. so its goin to take along time to spool. not really a good street turbo. now if you wanted to make a twin setup it could proble work as the main charger.
