Why do you want an 18.5? I would go straight to a 16 CM housing. The 1997 turbo has a 12 CM wastegated exhaust housing on it.
I have 2 1992 Dodge CTDs they both came with 21 CM housings. go straight to a 16 housing or get a later model HX35 with a 12 wastegated housing. you wont regret it. The last 16CM housing I bought was $140 and it will bolt right up to your turbo.
