Theres a turbo off a 6.7 on ebay with shaft play for 75.00 is this a good one for my 1990 non i/c

 

Its a variable vane type turbo, you will have to find a way to control it. I think a couple of guys on here have messed with it using waste gate controllers. As for shaft play, a little bit up and down and side to side is normal, if the shaft moves in and out, its junk. If shaft play is normal, I'd say its a good price, but there will be some work to do to make it work. I believe they also have a different flange that our stock one and you will need to make an adapter.
