Trying to track down vibration........
I have checked the trans yoke, its tight. The carrier bearing is good and its got new universal joints. The rear end is in good shape and I just replaced the worn out yoke on the rear trying to eliminate the vibration. It mostly happens at between 50-70mph, then it smooths back out. The tires were put on and ballanced maybe 7k miles ago and the front end was aligned a couple hundred ago. All the components in the front end are good.
So all this leaves me a little confused as to what the cause is. The inside of the rims I've noticed have a ton of dirt, grease, and gunk built up and the tires are weighted heavily to one side, like you might expect a set of 38" Boggers to be weighted, not a set of 245/75/16 Bridgestones. Could they be out of ballance because of all this gunk inside the rim?

YES YES YES.after offroading in my old half ton i had a front tire rim half full of mud going about 45mph the tire would almost come off the ground. i had to clean them immediatly.
also try running a set of smaller street tires and see if taht helps. find a buddy to trade ya out temporarily.

I have small street tires, there shorter than stock even. I dont ever take it off road but the guy who had it before me was a landscaper and it has years worth of gunk and grease built up inside the rims. I'll yank them all off and clean them out real good. I think I paid for the lifetime ballance at wal-mart so I'll just take it back there to get it reballanced.
