Truck dies with quick throttle punch.

The title doesn't really explain what is going on. The truck starts and runs just fine. When i get on the throttle hard and than let off it will die. It will do it both in park and in drive. Seems to starve itself of fuel. Then it will start right back up with no issues. I have the pumped turned up, 3200 spring and a dennyt fuel pin. I was thinking that maybe this was caused by a failing lift pump but what do you guys think. Thanks for the help.

How low is the idle? Mine will do that if my idle is way too low. Could be your starving it for fuel( BAD LP)

Mine has been dying also, when I de-clutch to shift or stop. I replaced my lift pump and that didn't help. I though the gov. weights might be gummed up or something. It could be that my idle is too low but I don't think so.

Sounds like you may have the throttle lever indexed too loose.
