Question Trailer Wiring Stock?

A 4-pin trailer connection came stock on the GF's '05. Am I so lucky with this truck? There is no plug present as a tip-off, but there are at least two factory wires hanging down, so I was wondering if there was any point in looking for factory trailer wiring. It seems that when this flatbed was installed, some orphan wires were left hanging. Thanks,
Chris

i paid like $20 for a plug in set that went to the 4-pin flat setup. no splicing, nice and clean and took less than 5 minutes! all you do is unplug the tailight harness, put this in-between and plug it all back together.

x2, you can get one at most any parts store that carrys towing stuff.

You just unconnect the stock plugs and this goes inline. Only wire you will have to run back there on your own is if you are putting in a brake controller.
