Torqe Specs, Flexplate, Torque converter?

Torqe Specs, Flexplate, Torque converter?
I got a A 518 Automatic Trans in my 1991. I broke a flex plate last week. Im putting the new one in today and I am in need of the torque specs for the Flex plate to the crank and the torque converter to the flex plate. Any help would be appreciated. Also Is their any tricks to putting the trans back in. I have heard that ya put the tc in the trans and then mount the trans and do the tc to the flexplate bolts up after the trans is in through the hole under the flexplate? I honestly dont know any advice would be great. Thanks
