I hit 123mph in the 92' with 285/60/18's. I was turning a little over 3450rpms.
With the new 91', 5 speed, 4k gov, and 3.07's top speed theoreticaly will be 165mph. Although the fastest I'll ever take it will be a little over 130mph.

100 mph?
maybe my age is showing but there is NO WAY I would drive 100 mph in a 20-year old truck, even if it could
when I was in my 20s I drove > 125 in sports cars, which seems like a normal speed for a Porsche or such

If you can jump right up to 100 and back out of it quickly it isn't so bad. Having to keep your foot into it for 20 or 30 seconds brings out the shimmies and wiggles a bit more than I like. Definitely not a sports car!

In my Dmax I hit the 3400rpm limit at 120mph, but it holds that speed from May,TX to Brownwood,TX no problem. The 5" straight pipe gets a little noisy though.
