too much cold smoke
I recently put in new 190 injectors, I'm getting alot of white smoke during cold starts and warm-up.( -5 deg C mornings, not plugged in, grids working)
Smoke is normal once the engine gains some heat.
Is there a way to adjust things for less cold smoke?
Maybe I should try the block heater.

White smoke is raw fuel. Its just the nature of a diesel engine. At that temp your bound to get some uglies out the pipe.
That being said, have you advanced your timing? Sometimes that cures your issue...

I would plug the block heater: it makes the truck start instantly, does not belch smoke, doesn't shudder for 5 minutes, and takes less time for the cab heating to warm up. Just don't forget to unplug when you leave...
