Throttle linkage fix

Here it go's guys. my 92 w-250 has been popping the ball linkage from the injection pump looked around for the metal ball and socket and no luck, the only thing i have found was a heim joint on ebay that was over priced. went
to the bone yard and took a motorcycle shift linkage off and fits like new.

Very nice idea. What kind of motorcycle did it come off? I see it's longer than the factory linkage can it be adjusted? If not, does it work properly with the extra length?

I only use the ends off a 2012 Suzuki 750 but a 99 Kawasaki was the same.. i used my original shaft and has the left hand threads and right hand threads so it was perfect set up. oh yeah also see if you can salvage the dust boots.

Thanks. That's even better that they will fit the stock shaft! I'll have to start looking for junk bikes now.

I bought this kit from the dealer. The rod that came in the kit was too short so I had to use the old one.
