I've only tested one intercooler for leaks, and I took it to a local radiator shop where they had the setup for it. I don't know exactly how they do it, so I can't really help ya there.. If someone on here doesnt have any ideas or comments, I suggest calling your local radiator shops and seeing if they can do it.

Have you removed & inspected all of the rubber couplers on the piping? As well as inspected the intercooler piping for leaks from holes worn into the piping or??

Nope I am just starting to try to see if I have a problem with the thing. I think I may because of the low boost.

I think I can get some pvs end caps and cap both ends of the pipeing, install a pressure gauge and air fitting and I should be good. I would just like to see a setup first.

Did you get my message about the speedometer

Here's a setup I made from PVC parts from the local home improvement store. Cost was around $9 without the air valve which I had already
