I recall someone saying the tapped banjo bolts at Genos Garage will fit older diesels. Is that correct? They list the tapped banjo as a '98.5-02 24 valve. I'dl ike to find a tapped banjo bolt to replace the bolt with the bleeder valve on my '93 1st gen so I can hook up a fuel pressure gauge. Any hints where to get one?

That is the banjo bolt that I am running in my 91.

The ones from Geno's work just fine. Glacier Diesel also has them in 1/8" or 1/4" NPT.

Pretty sure the idea is it gives you a place to connect a fuel pressure gauge.
IIRC the pressure from the lift pump is critical to the health of the pump including the VE's on the 89-93's

It replaces a standard banjo bolt on the fuel line with one that has a fitting which allows a fuel pressure gauge to be installed.
