at low speeds over bumps i get the tailgate straps hitting between the gate and the box i see hole in the box were it looks like there might have been rubbers to stop this when it was new now i have looked at many different truck all have the holes but no rubbers anyone seen them or know were to get them i am trying to keep the truck stockish so i really don't wanna just put any old piece of rubber in there to stop it.

 

Mine still has em.

 

Got some at the local Dodge Dealer a few years ago.

Yup I had that too... I hit the wreckers on a regular basis and eventually found every bumper, shim and clip needed to keep my tailgate quiet while driving.

 

ram srt1-10 my tailgate fell off (east coast rust).now it doesn't rattle.try that! or pm me and i'll send you the rubber anti rattle rubbers..there still there.
