tach hookup question

Under my dash attached to the emergency brake release is a four plug female terminal factory mounted. It has four small gauge wires, two red and two white. Is this the tach hookup? If not, what is it??

IIRC mine had two blacks next to each other, a white and an orange.

I am still putting off hooking up the tach. I see a few possible options. One, can I hook it up the the PCM terminal marked tach? Or can I splice into the wires coming from the crankshaft position sensor? I just don't want to fry anything.
It just looks like there is not alot of room to put the two little magnets on without interfering with the crank sensor and also mounting the pick-up sensor looks like it will be a PITA!

The one hooked to the e-brake is not the tach plug. The tach plug is located further to the left and is a flat plug, not square like the one on the e-brake. It is a simple setup.

I will look again tomorrow but so far I haven't been able to find it. Still waiting on some input on the other hookup options!
