Im installing new injectors and the rear most injector is flat stuck/siezed. Ive soaked it and used heat and pryed on it. Anyone have a trick or two to get one out?

I made a cheapo slide hammer. A 8 inch 7/16 carriage bolt, axle nut socket, and a lug nut. Came off in 4 pulls.
On a side note the 60 h.p. injectors work great, I added about 5-6 psi boost and throttle response and boost is quicker.

I have had injectors on some larger Diesels stick on me and the only way to get them out was to unbolt them lube them down and crank the engine over and watch them fly out. (not a suggested method)
