My 20 is in Phoenix, but I am 10-7 right now (out of service). I had to post because I haven't seen 10 codes in 30 years, because we went to "plain English" radio speak then, carry on...Mark

Yeah our department basically went to "plain English" about 10 years ago. Another department we work with still uses 10 codes despite NIMS recommendations. I kind of consider 10-4 and 10-20 to be trucker speak as well.

its been a while since I was there. The last time it was pretty picked over. I only found two 1st trucks and they were at the top of the hill basically picked clean. I also saw a bunch of latinos hanging out by gate where they bring cars in pretty much stripping cars before they hit the yard. I saw a pretty decent scrap between a couple of them over a Mercedes deck lid.

Harry's and Denaples are 2+ hours from me so they're not worth my time unless I'm driving up there for something else.
