Stainless Steel Brake Lines
I called Summit Racing and tried to order SS Brake Lines for my Truck (see sig). The ones in question are Earl's Performance Hyperfirm Brake Lines part # EAR-28H110ERL and the guy I talked to said that if my truck has a 4500# front axle (which it does) then these brake lines will not work. With this said, those that have installed the SS Brake Lines, which ones did you use?
Thanks in advance for any help with this issue

I've got Skyjacker lines front and rear. The shape of the ends that attach to the axles were not the same as stock and required some bending of the stack hard lines. A bit of a pain, but it was worth it. I got them at carpartswholesale.com

The reason they won't fit is because Dodge had the originals made with a funky mount built in . . . .
To make the new ones work, you need to fashion a small Ell bracket and mount the new hose with common C-clips . . . .
As is shown here ~ https://www.dieseltruckresource.com/...d.php?t=150248
Hope this helps.

BC, That appears to be the end at the knuckles. I was referencing the lines that run from the frame to the axle, where the hard line splits to go to each wheel. Just a quirk to let you know about Don, I'm not sure which lines you are speaking of specifically.

On the '93 such as Don has, the front axle hose is a direct swap ~
Old . . .
And new . . .
Since the rear hose assembly that includes the ring gear sensor wiring was rotted, I covered the wires with fuel hose and secured the new brake hose with black ty-raps. Pretty-much duplicates the OEM arrangement in my mind.
