At idle, my fuel pressure bounces between 15 to 18 psi. @ 65 mph and 10 lbs of boost around 13 psi, and at WOT it pegs at 10 psi, I have the plunger LP and only 2 turns on the power screw, Smokey pin, and PODS. Fuel filter has 8,000 miles on it. Is all well?

I think that's not bad with PODs. Is that measured after the fuel filter, before the IP?

Yes. I got one of those Geno's fuel Banjo bolts with the female threading at the head of the bolt to plug in stainless braided plumbing to my in cab electric fuel pressure guage while the sensor and scrubber attached stays under the hood. So those readings are good for a filter w/ 8,000 miles? I was wondering about people getting readings from 10 psi down to 3 psi at WOT. At cruising speeds (boost 5 psi) my fuel pressure hovers from 15 to 13 psi.

I don't think you have that fuel screw turned in as far as it can go (EGT pending)

What's your EGT's with a long-winded WOT run?

I've had it only as high as 1100 @ WOT up a freeway grade. I can't get it over 11--. This would be at 30 lbs. boost.

That turbo is good (reliably) to 36psig or so.

1100*F. Is that with the W/M & pain?

Turn that mess off and tune the IP till you get at 1200*F with a long-winded WOT load, then season it with the supplements.

No water/meth, only the propane is on when I described the scenario. Today, I tried getting more turns inward out of the power screw and it will not move in anymore from the last time I moved it in. I bet you that propane is keeping my temps at bay. So, all in all, Dave, you feel my fuel pressures ar right on?
