On My 93 4x2 5spd My Speedo Head Doesnt Work So I Replaced The Speedo Sensor On The Tailshaft Of The Transmission B/c This Solved The Problem On My 92 Auto. Well The Prob. Is Not Solved And With The New Speedo Sensor Came With A Piece Of Wire (2 Wires And Connectors On Both Ends) That I Can Not Find Where It Goes And I Am Thinking That This May Be The Problem. Any Help Would Be Greatly Appreciated.

 

Only 2wd automatics have a 3rd wire. Does the new sensor have a 3 wire plug?

 

It Has 2 Wires. Any Ideas?

 

Make sure that the trans is actually turning the VSS. The little adapter gets stripped out pretty often.
