How fast should a 727 and 3.00 gears go does any one have a setup like this because my truck is basically at the end of the rope at 60. thanks and i have 265/75r16 tires stock gov spring

 

Well if it is stock I was able to adjust the linkages and back out the high idle screw a little and bend the pedal up for more travel and get a little more than 80 in mine with the 727. This was stock pre 3200 GSK.. Sounds like you have some adjustments to make to maximize Gov Lever travel.

 

I can go 88 MPH with mine with no problem as told by my GPS.

The governor spring makes all the difference in the world.

Check for sloppy throttle linkage at the pump, I also installed a block under my accelerator pedal to get more travel.
