Something wrong?? na its HD suspension!!

LOL I went all for nothing, and just got done going nuts on the brakes and rear suspension.

I installed 2 new front rotors, 2 new 3" rear drums, 3" rear shoes, 1 3/16" chevy wheel cylinders, and the best part.

3 more THICK leafs per side. That makes a total of 11 leafs per side, or about 7" thick at the center. My d350 srw, only started with 6 total springs each side. I added 2 per side a tad thicker than stock, and it made it pretty darn stiff, but i wanted more...lol so I added 3 more leafs, almost 2 times as thick as the stockers....Whats next??? More leafs?? Na, prob a few sets of wheel bearings

I know air bags would have been easier on my back though

The only thing you may want to consider is a heavier duty shock to control the movement of those beefy spring packs and save your tires from cupping. Sounds like you really got 'er done!

Might want to make sure that you still have plenty of outward stroke on your shocks. I did something similar once to a Chevy and it over-extended the shock while ricocheting off bumps in the road. eventually it pulled both plungers out thru the ends of the shock tubes with the pistons broken off inside. Which is how it has been for 4 or 5 years since it actually rides better with out them!
