How do I tell the size of the turbo housing ?

Mine says on the tag

Look on the back of the housing, the size is cast in.

Here's what I come up with

Holset 18.5 CM
3619410
5 USA

Its an 18.5 ?

What are my best options for a turbo ungrade with the least amount of modifying ?
