Shrunk exhaust manifold options.

Have a broken exhaust manifold bolt due to a shrunken manifold. I'm sure a 3 piece is the way to go but all seem expensive and performance oriented. I did find one for around $350 but it was for a 94-98. Will this fit? any other options? Thanks.

yes a manifold for a 94-98 12v will work fine. If you look on a site called smiths diesel or something like that you should be able to find an ATS manifold for $415 with free shipping to the lower 48. ATS is the bet 3pc manifold, and for that price, it can't be beat.

I ordered one from them like a month ago.

I've had a bolt head break off with the three piece as well, but it had been about six years since install. Good luck with your search.

Using stainless hardware will keep the bolts from rusting and breaking upon removal. Unlike raw steel hardware that will eventually rust and freeze in the head.

I was going to get studs instead of bolts figuring it would make it easier to put the individual exhaust gaskets on. Stainless sounds like a good idea. Thanks
