alright i took my truck out for a cruise today and i found that with my TV cable all the way forward it shifted through all it's gears by 50mph then the tv cable half way seemed to shift much to fast , the idle is higher also, should i back the idle off as much as it will allow and then try this again? also whats the propper idle rpm?

 

oops i ment to say around 30-35 MPH is is done all of it's shifts even after trying all the different settings of the TV cable and measureing the gap for the TV cable to throttle linkage at 4.57 mm

 

Mine shifts at upper teens, upper 20's, upper 30's and upper 40's and feels "right" under normal driving. My idle is set at about 750 and feels right for me.
