Well after a couple sawzall blades and sore nuckles its on. The DP went on and fits extremely nicely. It curves down sooner than the 3" stock one did and there is more room now between it and the AC box. Like it was made to fit a WG housing easily. The rest of the pipe from there is 4" pollished SS strait to a 4" 90. Then into a 4-5 adapter and the stack. I think it looks pretty sweet. PICs will be coming later after a few beers. I gotta get a jump on the UFC fight tonight. lol

I took it for a few mile trip and highway run. It sounds way deeper and I can hear more turbo whistle. On the highway cruising I can actualy hear myself think again. Its alot quieter than the 3" pipe was. Cruising boost at 65mph used to be 2-3psi and now its only 1-2psi. That has to be a help in the mileage department. Spool up is noticibly quicker too and peak boost is up 2psi to 25 now. Overall it was all well worth the $275 I spent on it.

 

Where did you get your parts from?

Want to do similar to mine...almost, I have a dump body. Just want to shoot it out the side before rear wheels.

I got it all from HotRodDiesel. The DP was new and the adapter and 90* were new. The stack and 6' SS 4" pipe were used. Over all i think I got a good deal and will be doing business with this guy again.
