i have done some research on this subject but have not found exactly what im looking for. I have a 1993 ex cab LE with some raggedy buckets and i want to up grade using some nice junk yard swap ins. btw i cant stand my center console and want a differnt one or the whole thing gone altogether. what vehicles have people had luck with swapping into the ex cabs

 

forgot to mention i would like to stick with buckets but a nice fitting spilt bench with the fold thing would be good to

There's a thread here where someone swapped the center console out of a ford into one of their 1st gens. It was a much nicer console than our plastic poop receptacle that came in our trucks.

Occasionally, a set of ramcharger buckets comes up in the classifieds. IMO, my dodge seats are some of the most comfortable seats I've ever had the pleasure of driving on....

I'd stick with the dodge buckets. either have them recovered, or find a decent set in a part-out or boneyard. I actually installed a set of caravan buckets in my regular cab 93 before I sold the truck. Super fitting seats.

I put 06 ford harley seats and console in my crew. Had to modify the floor and build brackets for the seats but the console fit very well to the dodge hump with minimal trimming
