I'm not mistaken here am I, you can order a 3250 clutch from South Bend to fit a Getrag? I just ordered one and made sure I noted that its for a getrag 5 speed in a 92', so they just make it for the 1 1/4" input shaft right?

Found my own answer. Lol
I called Peter at South Bend and he is going to custom build me a clutch. Its going to be a 6 ceramic button 3250 plate load dual disk. That should hold the little power I am making. Hopefully I will get it in and go dyno in 2 weeks.

No deal at $1,000, good ole' IRS was slow with my refund. After paying in $28,500 they decided I get $5k back. I guess they kept the rest to fund the bail outs. lol
I paid $1,300 for it though which still isnt bad. Another place I priced them at for an off the shelf version was $1800. So I'm getting one built to my spec for less. I would have liked the $1k deal though.
The 3250 is the clamping force of the clutch. The 6 button is how many pucks it has per disk. Off the shelf has 12 per disk and for drag racing I want lighter and more clamping pressure per disk. That way I can slip it off the line without building too much heat and toasting it.
