Unhappy Sad...I recognize this truck....

I was cruising one of my on-line insurance write off auction sites, and came across this sweet 92 Clubcab cummins truck. Right away I remembered it from this board. I snagged some pics of it when he put the 3rd Gen rims on it a few years back.

Old pics....

Current "wrecked" pics...

Here's the link to the truck....

Sale links are not allowed in forums

So sad to see it end this way. Someone is going to snag a sweet donor truck though....or repair it and bring it back!!

You would think the owner would have bought it back!? Undoubtedly has frame damage that isn't visible but nonetheless it seems repairable for the ambitious.

If mine looked that good, I'd a be fixin it. On the other hand, If the differential got pushed back, then the transfer case and transmission might be gone like mine was. Hard to tell by looking at those pictures.

I know. When I saw it, and recognized it, it was like someone punched me in the gut!

And I thought I was the only one feeling that when I looked at those pix.

Silly to get that attached to a particular vehicle, isn't it ?

There's a 77 dodge powerwagon w250 CC on there as well...

Lot # 19933863

And a CTD D250 93 as well

I tried to find the post, or thread, I got those pics from. I couldn't find it last night. But I know it had something to do with the 3rd Gen rims he put on the truck.

No frame damage on that sweetie, if you look, the damage estimate was something stupid like 5500 bucks..trust me, it wouldn't take much to get an estimate to 5500.... Makes me sick, I would so throw a fender on that truck and drive it to Illinois...........

The chally is classic bad bulkhead connection fire.

And the SuperBee....that's just someone goofing around and loosing control of the vehicle. He he was cool getting sideways for a few feet before the ditch got too close.
