Ride Height?

Does anyone know what the stock ride height is supposed to be on my 1991 D-350? and from where is it measured?
These fine well maintained paid for by our fuel tax California freeways are so rough that is not fun to drive.
Anyhow I checked my rear springs and found they are a bit worn out so I am going to fix them.
But I went to Dodge and found that they were discontinued back in 1998 and if they did have them, they were $469.00 for each spring.

So I checked around and found a spring shop a few miles from here and they want $65.00 per side to completely rearch mine back to the factory specs including new bushings and install liners if I want them.

Only thing I don’t like is that they are cold pressed but he said I should get at least 8 to 10 years if I don’t go off road.

So I need to check the stock height so I can get a starting point.

Also at this point I am thinking about using a lighter spring rate and installing my air rides and keeping my overloads for when I do carry some weight.

Has anyone else removed some of the leaves and installed air bags?
How many did you remove?

Still in the planning stages but first it has to go into the body shop again because I got rear ended by a ford pickup that got rear ended by a
