Regulator Valve Questions ???
If I install one of these :
http://www.vulcanperformance.com/ser...gulator/Detail
: , is it sufficient to simply "Y" the regulator's return-line into the existing stock return-line; or, will it need a dedicated return-line of it's own ??
If the stock line is insufficient, how would it be to up-size the stock lines, rather than run a completely seperate one ??
Thanks.

How much fuel are you planning to dump in there? A 2nd gen piston pump shouldn't overwhelm the stock return, but you don't want to hook a Walbro or Aeromotive type pump to it.
Going to a 3/8" return would be more than sufficient for any reasonable setup.

I wish I knew.
I have a bunch of brand-new Cummins piston-lift-pumps of some weird part-number that I haven't seen any statistics on.
When I get time, I am just gonna slap one on and see what the gauge reads.
If it is not much different that my 3936320, then a regulator won't even be necessary; but, if it winds the gauge-needle way out there, we will cross the creek when we get there.
