Clutch discs are made by Raybestos or just the material? Interesting.

Looks like a nice genuine piece.

Do You have a part # for that flywheel bearing?
I've read several threads some very old now, that stated a brass bushing was far better than a bearing that would overheat and fall apart, is the ball bearing better than needle and brass bushing?

Thanks.

If you don't ever keep the truck in gear at stop lights you should never have an issue with this setup.

Yup that is the one I bought. Not sure why they are so cheap. Mine works good I have been driving it for a couple days no issues. Need to test towing this weekend.

It is weird though all the HD ones are seemingly over 100 bucks cheaper than the "stock" one. The disk does look like it is better than the stock ones too. It has those big rivets like the Ceramic and Kevlar units do. The ceramic and Kevlar are $$$ too, like 1800 for the kevlar on O reillys.

If my edumacation members me wright, the cost of something has more to do with the number of sales in a given timeframe, vs the material composition in similar products.

HD, might just mean, more of a surface thickness, or added extra material to ensure long lasting performance. If the raw materials are not expensive to make a HD product, vs a standard product, then it's simply the fact that the HD is being sold more, hence the price drop and / or difference.

Lots of manufactures lower retail costs of products to get them out there, and the more they sell, the greater profit they make through volume. This is why when I order something from the net that no one has, I pay through the nose for it.
