some one else maybe have an other suggestion on a ball joint

 

I'm looking at replacing uppers and lowers right now too and Carli has an extreme duty upper that is by far the best quality upper ball joint you can get. Just can't decide if it is worth $500, but it is a "life of the truck" part. My truck goes through OEM uppers in 30k or so and i'm sick of replacing them. Noticed you listed several BJ's with the offset. Not sure with your 4.5˝ fabtech, but i've heard you don't need the offsets if everything alignes and handles well with your current set up.
