just had a queston about something what is a wast gage and waht dose it do for the truck letme know thanks staken

 

a waste gate is a hole in the turbine housing that by passes the turbine wheel to reduce back pressure in the manifold, from what i understand.
and a waste gate accuator opens and closes it.

it allows you to run a smaller exhaust/turbine housing for quicker spool yet does not restrict top end to a certain point.
