First Of All, I Want To Thank Everyone For All He Help And Information I Have Gotten From All The Dtr Friends. If It Wasn't For You All, My Truck Would Still Be In Pieces. My Truck Has Had A Complete Tranformation, And I Will Be Posting Pics Of The Complete Project Very Soon.
Now, My Question, There Is A Solenoid On The Pump. The Lower Part Towards The Timing Cover. It Has A Light Gauge Single Wire Running To It. My Trucks Runs And Shuts Off Fine Whether It Is Connected Or Not. What Is This For? Thanx Again Everybody!!!!

 

That is the KSB solenoid. It advances the timing when cold.
