pros and cons...

my cousin has an 89 w250 he said he wants to sell possible. he seems to think there is something wrong with the IP. my 2 biggest concerns are how is the 727 tranny and the non ic engine. from what i've learned the non ic doesnt make that huge of a difference and i think they may have done some turbo upgrades. any opinions...

thanks david

Those are great for play trucks, you just gotta be careful with the fuel and worry about the HG and injector bores cracking if you turn them up alot.

Fun trucks, me and dad had one running a 15.2 in 1/4 mile spinning the tire out of the hole, open rear

stock baby h1c, stock injectors, stock exhaust, pump tweaks 366 spring, ground pin

Fun trucks..... 727 is nice, nice tight factory converter (unlike a518 )

my truck has the ip maxed out for 5 years now, there hasnt been a time that i havent got the egts to 1600 after she has been started, it hasnt burnt one bit of water. i dont see the issue with the head gasket.

Keep holding it at 1600 and see what happens.... watch going over 45psi too.
