That's a good idea as well jimbo, ahhh decisions decisions.

Hey Schamran still haven't bought the rear lenses yet, can't find any clear ones with the black bevel so I think I'll just smoke the red lenses. Have seen a few guys around here do that and it looks pretty good. Still lot's of little things that need to be done though, and money isn't easy to come by so it's still a slow process.

To make things more expensive, I got a 30 day inspection notice for my tires, so now I have to find the ground problem with my horn, make some temporary fender flares, fix my e-brake, and replace my windshield...

Thanks Matt! Sorry to hear about your transmission woes, that's a really pain in the butt to deal with. Maybe you'll get lucky and find a good price on a nv4500 Should solve all your problems!

oh that sucks man. try some conveyor belt or flexible plastic for temp. fender flares. just bend it around the inside of your wheel opening and fasten it with some screws or adhesive tape or something. Is there anything wrong with the tires, or do they just complain that they stick out?

Truck looks great. Now that it's a bit higher though i'd jump under there with a few rattle cans of Semi-Gloss black and go to town on the parts of the frame that you see, and the rear diff and shocks and stuff.

Great build

Or go with a wire wheel, a gallon of Rustolleum and a brush and put one heavy coat on it. No more rust issues. That's what I did on my truck.

One way or another I will definitely be addressing the ugly rusty frame issues, your right Brandon it sticks out like a sore thumb now that its a bit higher and all the paint is fresh. Though it will have to wait a couple more weeks tell I can use my right arm again...

Really happy with these bumpers, I think they set the truck of real nicely!!
I think I wanna mount my front license plate to my tie rod if/when I build a custom front bumper. I don't know what the police will think about that though. I wish we didn't have front license plates like some states...
