Pre Turbo Water Meth
I did a search on pretty much the whole site and don't really see anyone running water meth injection pre-turbo. I realize some guys who have never done it will say it hurts your turbo. Not the case in my experience with it.
I have a turbo polaris snowmobile with a gt25r running 20psi. I use water meth injection pre/post turbo. Proper setup is key. I can definately feel it when I added the pre turbo nozzle, more power and faster spooling.
Any thoughts or experience with this on a CTD?

I think ACE and Boostdave were doing this. I have no idea what their real names are and it was a long time ago so I could be wrong. But since you know how to do it with your snowmobie's then why not just set it up on your truck and report back, should be cheaper since you don't really need a real high pressure pump to over take boost pressures, only thing I could think would be a problem would be pooling in the intercooler. And maybe defection of inducer with water hitting it while it's spinning 100K.

There was a lengthy discussion on this subject a few months past, maybe not on this forum.
The consensus was, it is damaging to the compressor wheel and you will have pooling in the intercooler. Neither a good thing.

High pressure pump is key not to overcome boost pressure but for fine atomization as your mixture passes through the nozzle. the pump Im using is adjustable from 150-250psi.
Properly sized pre turbo nozzle is also very important, smaller nozzle will have finer atomization and there should be no pooling in the intercooler, the mix will evaporate as it passes through the turbo unless you are injecting too much. I'm talking about using a 2gph nozzle and a progressive controller.
