My door locks have been giving me trouble the last few years especially when cold, but now I can't get the passenger side won't totally unlock. They come up part way, but not up enough.
Anyone fixed an issue like this?

 

Sounds like the linkage might need lubricated in the doors.

 

I had that happen on the passenger side. I lubed everything and helped but would still sick unless I pulled up on the ****. I finally replaced the electric door lock actuator (<spelling?) And fixed the problem. I've also read guys replacing the lock mechanism fixed their issue.
Try to lube everything first before you replace anything though. Good luck.

 

my passenger didn't work when I bought my truck. It would only pop up about half way as well. I took my stock latch/lock mechanism off and cleaned/lubed it but something was physically damaged on it. I picked up another one and tossed it in there, works great now.

 

just did it.WD40 and work it up and down alot so the WD cleans it then put something on that will last like white lithium grease

I thought it was my truck that was just having this issue. Put the key in, and the lock pull only goes up 3/4 of the way... sometimes, unless you really push the key hard the first time.

I guess I'll be pulling the door panel off this weekend.
