Power!!!

Ok boys, i need some input, and preferably lots of it. i got a 2001 dodge gasser, and when i drive it, then get in the cummins, its like a whole knew world. BUT... i want more. i need more power. give me input. this truck needs to be able to beat a car on the street, possibly driven daily, yet not feel ashamed to hook up and pull too. give me some feedback. which turbo, new injectors, the whole nine yards.

None issue, it all depends on the pocket book, if you catch my drift, my twin turbo will pull away from any car and thats with the 12mm head, as long as you run good pressure to the pump you will get the relablity,
theres so many options if you want to stay with a single turbo get a s300 off of a 3126 cat motor, or get one biult 64/71 or somthing like that, and with that setup a set off 6x16 injectors might be good, also your going to need head work mostly O ring and 60pound springs, port and polish is also an option, lots of guages, and a biult tranny, then you would be good for 450hp, and evrythigns happy, if i had more money i would buy another truck and biuld it that way or if i sell mine

the cheap'ist in my opinion and what would probaly work.

would be a 12cm hx35 and some non i/c injectors you could flow enough fuel to make some power, you would need more air than the hx could make but it would be quick i think. you could also get a 12cm wastegated housing at put it on your H1C and upgrade to the 60mm wheel and housing.

the non i/c injectors wont fit in the 91.5 because the bore for the injectors is to small

On a budget:
1. 12cm w/g exhaust housing
2. GDS 60mm compressor
3. 370 injectors or POD's if you dont mind the mpg drop and smoke
4. water/meth injection
5. with those big tires and that much TQ you may need a better clutch

If you got money:
1. Twin turbos
2. custom injectors (6x16 would be nice)
3. bigger intercooler (mostly to keep it cool while towing)
4. water/meth injection
5. Con FE clutch
6. ARP head studs
7. 60lb valve springs
8. Holy Blue fuel pump or 2nd gen LP with a regulator
9. A ported head will make a world of difference on power and keeping the EGT's controlable. One of the most important and overlooked components in building a reliable power house, IMO.

The difference is in the nozzle. Non IC-9mm nozzle /// IC-7mm nozzle // The bodies are the same.

The problem is, the non ic nozzle is 9mm wide and the hole in the intercooled head is only 7mm wide---the non ic nozzle physically won't fit in the newer style head.

i was hoping you could because it would have been cheap power gain but not as much as aftermarket injectors. i know my stocker non i/c's flow more than my causins i/c's, i can get a lot of smoke.
