Yes, I did the climb on the way left also, it was REALLY steep. The big old thing did just fine. The wheelbase and heavy diesel in the front REALLY helps on climbs. I have some minor axle wrap in the rear also that I need to deal with. When the truck gets closer to 'done' I will most likely go up to Alcan and have them make me a set of front and rear springs.

It is like driving around with the hood up though...you can't really see anything over that big flat hood!

yeah I felt the same way about the hood... Especially on the hill climbs. It is great how well they climb and with little to no lift and huge tires the thing does great I'm sure.

yeah they're the military OZ wrangler MT tires. I like them so far, they balanced up well, were cheap, and look to be readily available. For what this truck will see they are perfect. (road trips, camping, light towing, forest/woods exploration, etcetc) No hardcore rock crawling or mud bogging for me.

Not the cummins. It doesnt get wheeled or really see dirt for that matter.
