You need the factory grille inserts to put the mr.grille inserts in. They zip-tie to it. I had to take my grill off to do it, but the looks are worth it.

I couldn't find any current ebay auctions with the decal/sticker. Looking around I found another site that has some tail gate stickers/full decal sets available.
