Did not see where you asked about this. You want port 2. BTW The governor pressure is affected by the TV cable so shift point can still vary slightly.

I got the pressure switch and put it in I ran a wire from the orange green wire on the overdrive solenoid to a switch in the cab and a wire back from the switch in the cab to the pressure switch the pressure switch has two wires on it with no markings so I guessed which one to hook it up to and then I ran a wire from the other terminal on the pressure switch to the overdrive solenoid to complete the circuit It won’t work I tried taking the switch out and hooking them together any ideas what I’m doing wrong? I also saw on another forum that you hook the pressure switch up to the ground wire is that the wire it is hooked up to now

First just wire it with the manual toggle switch without the pressure switch in the circuit. This will verify that everything works as it should. Do a test drive. Then add the pressure switch to the circuit and test again. Adjust as necessary. If at this point it does not work screw the screw counter clockwise and try again.

This setup requires tinkering to get working.

DB and OR/LG as shown above. This is for 91 model. You want to ground one side of the trans solenoid and run the other to your toggle switch that is powered with switched 12 from ignition switch. When you get that working you can add the pressure switch.

DB may be the blue wire you speak of. It needs to be grounded. The other goes to switch.

How much hysteresis did you wind up with? At what speed does it engage and what speed does it disengage? It varies with switches.
