Original Tire Size?

Does anyone happen to know what the original tire size was on a 91.5 D350? We're in the process of restoring one and fixing to buy new tires and my pop's wants to put a close to original tire on it...so any help on that?

Or what would yall suggest as a good size for it,it's just 2wd ain't lifted or lowered just stock pretty much(way the old man likes it I reckon Thanks yall

215/85-16 is factory. I'm running 235/85's with no issues. If it's loaded heavy you could get a rock stuck between the duals though.

My W350 is a 1992 built 12/91. It came with 235/85-16E on 16x6 rims. At least that is what the door sticker says.
