ordered some new things

well, the bank account was screaming to be spent soo i went ahead and ordered a 618 tranny with the bellhousing adapter and managaed to get it at the core price without sending my old tranny back, i also ordered a set of the new 35" BFG mudterrain KM2, see how they are. and next is a tranny cooler, can anyone send me some pictures of how they set there tranny cooler up? or describe how they did it? id appreciate it. the truck also got some new pioneer 6x9's all around, and my moto metal 951 black rims. there goes the bank account, now screeaming for more money. also if my fly wheel is fine, should i leave it or order that also? thanks in advance, Gregg

How is that 618 setup? Anything fancy or stock?
Right now I'm only running with the water to oil cooler on the side of the block, I had to remove my front cooler to make room for the intercooler and I haven't had time to find a new home for it. I don't know my hot line temps (lack of time to put the sender in), but my trans pan temps barely get to 150*F.

Do yourself a favor and throw the stock flexplate (what your calling a flywheel) in the scrap, use it for target practice, etc.... Just DON'T reuse it. They are known for cracking and breaking behind stock engines with the stock trans, they don't stand a chance behind a hopped up one with a lockup trans.

Where'd you get the tranny? Just curious. I'd definitely order an upgraded flexplate--one from a 2nd gen Cummins/Dodge will be fine.
