Exclamation Oil Pan??

Hi i have been on a hunt for a new oil pan for my 89 truck. The part number off of the inside of the old pan is 3914403. I typed in that number and was able to find that the old number was superseeded to the new number 4429403. This part new cost about 450 bucks where as a 94-02 oil pan only costs about 109 bucks (part number 4089093) I was wondering if their are any differences in the two pans and if so would the 2nd gen pan work at all??? Any input is greatly apreciated.
