On eay factory 91 nv4500 seller claims option in 91 /92 never heard of that.

Nope, the NV4500 didn't come out till the 2nd gen trucks. The first gens, 89-93, came with the Getrag 360 5spd.

On gas trucks the light duty nv4500 was available.
