Pulled the intercooler and built some testing caps. Ive got 10lbs on it, and its been holding all morning. I think it was just the air being sucked through by the fan when I revved the engine that was causing my bubbles.

Sound llke you got lucky on your safety latch
Build you one for the inlet of the turbo, so you can find all the rest of the small leaks......I sure was suprised at the places that i found them!!!
