So I have a 90 dodge non intercooled is my vacuum pump out?????

I don't know about these trucks but on a 240D Benz that fits a vaccum pump failure perfectly. Check your lines for breaks or disconected parts.

Sounds like it. Your truck should have the dual diaphragm style on it. The good news is that you only need one good diaphragm for proper operation, the second is more of a back up.

Check vacuum at the booster, then move on down to the pump. Check both diaphragms. If one is good and the other bad, then bypass it.

Replace bad diaphragm if you like, be ready to pay out over 100bux though.

If you don't have vacuum on either, you may need to read Jim Lane's pump rebuild thread.

On my 90 I had the bottom vaccum pump fall OFF. The hose was holding it. Some oil leaked while driving, the breaks were hard but did not notice untill I poured oil in after an oil change and it ran out on the ground. The 4 bolts that hold it broke.
