No fire to the blower motor Question?

Ive used a jumper wire under the steering column fuse box and it works for 30 mins or soo and keeps blowing the fuse. Any other suggestions would greatly be appreciated. believe it or not Northern Mississippi trucks need heat too...

sound's like you have a short in the wiring or not sure what it's called but the relay up above the glove box is maybe burnt out ?
